Date: March 21-22, 2002
Exposure: L 3 : 10 x 20s
Processing: MaxIm for calibration, combining, and stretch. Photoshop for final adjustments and
jpg conversion.
Conditions: Clear night, no breeze
Scope: Vixen 102mm Flourite @ f6.5
Camera: SBIG ST-8E, -25°
Comments: The comet is low in the west. When the sun sets, I had about 1 hour to get the images
before it dropped behind the trees. I took these over two nights and running both scopes/cameras at the same time. The integrations were short enough to go unguided. The ST237A is a single 60s image.
