Date: March 23, 2002
Exposure: LRGB 60:20:20:32 : 12 x 300s L, 4 x 300s R, G, 4 x 480s B
Processing: MaxIm used for calibration and combining. Lum layer median combine + mild DDP, RGB summed + Stretch. RGB and Lum converted to TIFF and combined in Photoshop with levels and curves adjustment. Used Rob Gendler's L-LRGB approach on this one.
Conditions: Average, Moon at 1st Qtr.
Scope: Vixen 102mm Flourite @ f.9
Camera: SBIG ST-8E/CFW-8A, -30°
Comments: Humidity was low and no wind. My CI700 tracks best on the Eastern side (go figure), so this one came out pretty good. Been having fun taking wide field shots while waiting on the new mount to carry the C14.
