Processing: RRGB using MaxIm for Image calibration,(12 flats each RGB, dark subtracted and median combined, 10 bias frames median combined, 10-960s darks median combined, alignment, normalization, each individual R,G,B was processed in CCDSharp for 5 iterations, then color combining, unsharp and stretch. Photoshop and PMView 2000 for final color balance and jpg conversion.
Conditions: Average, Mag 3-4 Skies)
Scope: Vixen 102mm Flourite, f/9 (2.02 arcsec/pixel)
Camera: SBIG ST-8E/CFW-8, -25° Hutech LPS filter
Comments: Started out with some of the best conditions I have experienced, as my stars during focusing were measuring down to 0.634 pixels(FWHM)for a 10 sec exposure. But, alas, this lasted only for 3 RGB sequences and then it was back to what I usually see, 1-2.5 pixels. Guiding was erratic, as tonight I just couldn't find the balance point.
